What is Lumina Sales? The white-label stack for selling custom AI buildouts
The short answer: a white-label stack for agency owners and sales reps who sell custom AI buildouts. A live demo site on your subdomain, a branded client portal, a fulfillment platform, and onboarding help, for $49 a month with no build fee. Here is what each piece does, how the margin works, and who it does not fit.

Most people land here while looking for a way to sell AI systems to local businesses without paying to build the software first. So here is the short answer.
Lumina Sales is a white-label stack for agency owners and independent sales reps who sell custom AI buildouts. For $49 a month you get a live interactive demo site on your own subdomain, a branded client portal, access to a fulfillment platform that delivers the build, and onboarding help on deals you close. Your logo sits on all of it. Your prospect never sees the name Lumina.
That is the product. The rest of this is what each piece does, how the money works, and who it does not fit.
The problem it was built around
There are two ways this normally goes wrong.
The first is proof. You can describe an AI receptionist perfectly well on a call. The prospect still cannot picture it answering their phone, in their trade, saying their prices. So you send a Loom of somebody else's system and ask them to imagine. Deals stall in that gap.
The second is the build fee. You close, and now you owe a developer. Either you quote a build fee up front, which is the line where a lot of small deals die, or you eat it and watch the margin vanish into the first three months of work.
Lumina Sales is aimed at both. The demo is a real working system the prospect uses themselves. The delivery runs through a fulfillment platform you order from at a wholesale monthly rate, so there is no separate build invoice sitting between you and the close.
What you get for $49 a month
Four things, and they are meant to run as one line.
A live demo site. Published on your subdomain, carrying your logo, colors, and booking link. Pick the trade, type in the prospect's business name and website, arrange the nodes to match how you actually pitch. The prospect opens one link and talks to an AI receptionist that answers in their industry's language, watches their own website get audited live, sees a missed call recovered by text, and moves an ROI slider seeded with their ticket and close rate. Nothing to install, no account to make.
A client portal. When they say yes, they get a branded home for the engagement. Status, assets, next steps, your name at the top. Not a generic vendor login that reminds them somebody else is doing the work.
The fulfillment platform. This is the part that removes the build fee. You order delivery packages at a wholesale monthly rate and set your own retail. The current tiers run $500 a month for the top package that includes Voice AI, $275 for tier two, $225 for tier one, and $40 to $350 for individual services on their own. Those are the numbers you pay, not the numbers your client sees.
Onboarding help. Closed deals stall in intake more often than they stall in sales. Hours, services, price bands, logo, calendar, lead routing. There is a branded intake path to collect it once and attach it to the build, plus direct help when something is missing.
How the money actually works
You pay $49 a month for the platform. You pay wholesale for whatever delivery packages a client needs. You charge that client whatever the market bears. The gap is yours, every month, for as long as they stay.
Say you sell the top-tier buildout at $2,497 a month. Your cost is the $500 wholesale plus your $49. The rest is margin on recurring revenue, and none of it was spent up front on a build you had to finance before the first invoice cleared.
The important part is not the size of the spread. It is that the spread is monthly rather than a one-time build fee you already burned. Agencies that price on build fees restart the sales cycle every quarter. Agencies that price on delivery keep compounding.
Lumina Sales prices the top package as a replacement for roughly $745 a month of the same services bought line by line. That figure is ours, so weigh it accordingly, but the structure is easy to check yourself: add up what a voice agent, a chat agent, a website audit tool, and a nurture sequence cost separately.
What a deal looks like start to finish
Build the demo. Ten minutes, most of it choosing a subdomain and uploading a logo. The actual demo is picking a trade, picking a layout, and typing the prospect's business name.
Send the link. Track opens, calls, and audits. You can see that Northside opened it twice and talked to the receptionist for four minutes before you follow up, which is a better reason to call than "just checking in."
Close on the demo, not on a deck. They already used the thing.
Move them into the client portal, order fulfillment, and let onboarding collect intake under your brand.
The limits, stated plainly
The $49 plan includes 100 live voice minutes a month, 500 chat messages, and 50 website audits. Single calls cap at five minutes. That works out to roughly forty demo calls a month on voice.
When you hit a cap, the live parts pause and everything else keeps running. The prospect sees a neutral message saying the demo is not taking calls right now. They never see a billing notice or your plan name. There is no metered invoice on any plan, which means the worst case is a paused node, not a surprise bill.
Voice and chat run on Lumina infrastructure. No API keys, no phone number to buy, no telephony to configure.
The vertical packs
There are more than 100 industry packs written by hand: dental, med spa, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, personal injury law, real estate teams, veterinary, pest control, restaurants, freight brokerage, and a long tail well past the obvious ones. Each pack carries real services, price bands, objections, and booking language, which is what makes a demo sound purpose-built instead of like a template with the trade swapped in.
If a prospect's trade is not in the catalog, there is a generic pack written to read as deliberately industry-neutral rather than as a fill-in-the-blank. Niche packs get written by hand, and requests from subscribers get built first.
Who this is not for
Worth being direct about it.
If you want a lead list, this is the wrong product. Lumina Sales does not email, call, or market to anyone who opens your demo. The addresses captured by the email gate are yours. It is not a lead marketplace and it does not become one later.
If you already have a development team with spare capacity and you would rather own the whole build, the fulfillment platform is not solving a problem you have. The $49 demo layer might still be worth it on its own.
And if you are looking for something to sell without learning how the underlying systems work, you will struggle. The demo does a lot of the convincing, but somebody still has to run the call, handle the objection about whether the AI sounds human, and set expectations on what gets delivered.
Common questions
Do prospects see Lumina branding anywhere? Not on a published demo. Your logo, your colors, your subdomain, your booking link. The one thing always visible is the sandbox disclosure, which states that the AI is a demo and bookings inside it are simulated. That disclosure stays, and it should. Prospects trust a demo more when it is honest about being one.
Is there a build fee? No. The platform is $49 a month and delivery is priced as a wholesale monthly you mark up. There is no separate build invoice standing between you and the sale.
How fast can I get a demo live? About ten minutes for the first one. Subsequent demos are faster because the branding is already set.
What happens if I cancel? Nothing is deleted. Published demos unpublish so the links stop serving, and everything you built stays as a draft. You keep your login with zero voice, chat, and audits until you resubscribe, then it goes back up unchanged.
Do I need to set up voice infrastructure? No. Minutes are included in the subscription and the agents run on our infrastructure.
Where to start
The fastest way to judge this is to use the demo yourself rather than read about it. There is a live AI receptionist on the Lumina Sales homepage running against a sandbox clinic. Ask it about pricing or availability and it will book you in. That is the same experience your prospect gets, minus your branding.
Full limits and wholesale tiers sit on the pricing section, and the FAQ covers the answers that are less flattering along with the ones that are.
One note on timing. The $49 rate is scheduled to increase on October 1, and the current rate holds for accounts opened before then.
